To expand and support our Supply Chain Department, we are looking for a full-time position to start at our location Düsseldorf, Dessau-Roßlau or Greifswald - Insel Riems as soon as possible:

Platform Purchasing Manager (m/f/d)

The platform manager defines and ensures the implementation of the purchasing strategy in Germany.

This position requires ensuring business continuity, enhancing synergies between Ceva entities, contributing to competitive Cost of Goods (COGS) in direct relation with Group Purchasing.
       

Responsibilities

Purchasing strategy/roadmap and policies / compliance:

   

• Implements corporate procedures for procuring materials and services for the country and establishes local policies
• Defines the purchasing strategy for his country: Responsible to co-construct his/her roadmap with Group Purchasing Director
• Ensures compliance to regional standards in selected country / Zone

Project Management:

    

• Manages supplier relationships through a structured approach and governance
• Project management with corporate / group teams in order to implement tools / processes etc.
• Coordinates and prepares the budget for purchasing material directly for Germany
• Participates with Corporate in developing the Risk assessment of major products in projects

Negotiation:

    

• Develops synergies across countries/ sites / units for common categories
• Manages the relationship with suppliers at NATIONAL LEVEL for a number of Key categories: from sourcing to contracting
• Ensures the centralization, at the country level, of all the purchasing Budget information
• Budgeting process.

Contract management:

    

• Implements group contracts negotiated at lead buyer level
• Implements contracts for all strategic categories at national level KPI monitoring/budget
• Coordinates purchasing strategies and road map at national level
• Guarantees the achievement of budget guidelines and / or savings objectives at national
